Accreditation
Finger Lakes Community College is an accredited institution and a member of the Middle States Commission on Higher Education (MSCHE or the Commission) www.msche.org, 1007 North Orange Street, 4th Floor, MB #166, Wilmington, DE 19801, (267) 284-5000. Finger Lakes Community College was last reaccredited through a Self-Study Review and site visit in 2022.
To be accredited by MSCHE, an institution must provide evidence that it meets the Standards for Accreditation as described on the Commission’s website. MSCHE is recognized by the U.S. Secretary of Education to conduct accreditation and pre-accreditation activities for institutions of higher education including distance, correspondence education, and direct assessment programs offered at those institutions throughout the United States.
Finger Lakes Community College’s next self-study evaluation is due in academic year 2029-2030.
