Looking for space to host an event, training, or meeting? FLCC has several rooms available for rent when not in use for college programming. Check out our auditorium, lecture halls, classrooms, meeting rooms, athletic facilities, and more.
Getting Started with FLCC Rental Facilities
Here are a few things to consider as you begin planning your event:
- What dates and times are you considering? How long will it take to set up and tear down? Book early to secure your schedule.
- What kind of event are you planning? How many people will attend? This will help you select the appropriate room.
- Will you want to serve food? Will you need a podium, microphone, or a projector? Include technical details on your application.
- What is your budget? Estimate the cost of your room rental, catering, and any additional support services you may need.
FLCC Rental Facilities Process
- Review our rental rates and select the right space for your event.
- Complete your rental application at least 30 days before the event.
- Submit proof of insurance and a deposit at least two weeks before the event.

Rental Facilities & Room Descriptions
From a large auditorium to classrooms, labs, and meeting spaces, FLCC rental facilities cater to a variety of event styles and sizes. Preview our event spaces below and submit an application to learn more.
Auditorium
Great for performances, keynote lectures, and large events.
This state-of-the-art auditorium features a digital audio system, stage lighting, and comfortable seating.

Stage 14
Dynamic space for workshops, presentations, and dinners.
This versatile meeting space has an optional stage platform, projector, and professional-grade lighting and sound equipment.

Finger Lakes Café
Perfect for large banquets, dinners, and special events.
A flexible, naturally-lit dining hall with a projector and sound system. A mix of fixed booth seating and movable furniture allows for custom set-ups.

Conveniently located in the heart of Geneva, this location has specialized biology and chemistry labs, two computer labs, general classrooms, and more.
Newark Campus Center
Located just south of Newark's Main Street businesses and restaurants, this center is equipped with rooms to host community events, classes, and trainings.
FLCC Main Campus in Canandaigua
Our modern facilities can accommodate a wide variety of gatherings from large auditorium events and fine dining experiences, to computer labs and general classrooms.
Muller Field Station in Honeoye
Education center and research station on Honeoye Lake.
Muller Field Station has a modern classroom, lodge, and kitchen. There is an outdoor pavilion, kayaks, and canoes for a team bonding experience through the swamp, and beautiful trails to explore. Explore Muller Field Station.
