Resources
Hazardous Conditions
To report an emergency, call 911 from any phone.
ERM/EHS encourages faculty, staff, and students to report unsafe conditions on campus that could lead to an accident or injury.
Areas of Refuge
In an emergency requiring building evacuation, people with mobility or visual impairment issues may not be able to evacuate without help. There are designated areas of refuge that provide protection where individuals with mobility impairments may wait until emergency responders are able to provide assistance.
Authorized Table Locations*
NYS Fire Code allows for tables to be placed in specific locations within the building, while maintaining access to emergency exits. Please review the Authorized Table Location map when requesting table placement.
Workplace Ergonomics
Ergonomics, fitting a job to a person, helps lessen muscle fatigue, increases productivity, and reduces the number and severity of work-related musculoskeletal disorders. Give your sitting work area a makeover with this guide to office ergonomics.
