Register for Gemini Classes

Simply complete an online Gemini registration form. Then mail in your Gemini payment form along with your residency affidavit if you reside outside Ontario County.

Fall 2024 Registration

Gemini Registration for Fall 2024 is available from September 11 to October 4.

Step 1: Complete your Gemini Registration Form

Step 2: Complete your Gemini Payment Form

• Gemini payment form (Social Security Number required)

Step 3: Complete a Certificate of Residency Form

• Download and print the Affidavit and Application for a Certificate of Residence .
• Submit this form to your county to receive your Certificate of Residence.
• Submit your Certificate of Residence to the Office of Student Accounts or the One Stop Center as soon as you receive it.
• Certificates are valid when issued within 60 days prior to the student's registration date and 30 days after the start of classes.
• Certificates are valid for one year from the date of issuance.
• Students who fail to submit a Certificate of Residence will be charged an Out-of-County tuition premium. The Out-of-County tuition premium for the 2023-2024 Academic Year is $214.00 per credit hour.
• If you have questions about obtaining the Certificate, contact your County Treasurer or the One Stop Center at (585) 785-1000.

Dropping a Gemini Course

The Gemini add/drop period for Fall 2024 goes until October 25. Email Gemini@flcc.edu if you need to add or drop a class, or if you made an error on your registration form. You can drop a course without financial or academic penalty until October 25.

If you wish to withdraw from a course after October 25, please complete the Gemini Drop Request form. The withdrawal deadline is November 15. 

Students who miss the withdrawal deadline should contact the Gemini office at Gemini@flcc.edu for the late withdrawal petition. Students who withdraw after the drop deadline will receive a “W” grade on their FLCC transcript. They are still responsible for the Gemini fee.

The last day of instruction, and last day to petition for late withdrawal, is January 20, 2025. The last day of instruction for fall and full-year courses is June 20, 2025.

Fall Gemini grades are posted by high school faculty on January 28, 2025.
